Material Evaluation

With this process, we use a default stressing method for non SnPb surface finishes applied to components and PWBs. Duration and stressing parameters are per IPC JSTD 002 and 003 or to client specific parameters. Test specimens normally requires a one hour bake post stressing prior to testing.
