S T and S can inspect to the visual requirements of the IPC JSTD001 and IPC610 as well as customer specific requirements or specifications. We provide documentary evidence of a large sample of components per assembly as evidence of inspection for conformance requirements. Defective joints, damaged or missing components will be documented at higher magnifications with indications where possible as to the root cause for the damage. We offer mid-cycle testing inspection for 1000 cycles tests ( time zero, 250 cycles...) with expedited returns possible in order to maintain completion schedules.
